Toronto Events this November 2010



Toronto's events for this month of November 2010 is just huge and fabulous! These Toronto events are absolutely fun to experience, see and ogle while while we are trying to leave the memories of Fall colors and while we are preparing to embrace the cold temperature. From arts to entertainment, from dining to sports, pick the event or events that you think you shouldn't miss.

And oh, yes! Though it's still a bit far, Christmas is already on the air! Walking in downtown Toronto these days, it's not hard to notice that some malls and business establishments are already embellishing their stores with Christmas decors. Have you seen Santa by the windows already?

So, what are the cool events in Toronto this November 2010?


November 5-7, 2010: The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair

Where: Exhibition Place (Take the 509 Harbourfront streetcar from Union Subway Station or the 511 Bathurst Streetcar from Bathurst Subway Station

This event is the world's largest indoor agricultural fair and international competition! Go and get on your cowboy hats, fellas!


November 7, 2010: Buffalo Bulls vs Chicago Bears

Where: Rogers Center (Exit at Union Station. Follow the SkyWalk west or walk west on the south side of Front Street)

Is there any sports fan who would miss the awesomeness of NFL at Rogers Center? For sports fanatics, this cool event is surely not to be missed!


November 9-15, 2010: The Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival

The line-up of films. this year is impressive! See these films at Various locations in Toronto. This annual Toronto event is on its 14th year!


November 11, 2010: Remembrance Day

Where: Direct Energy Center, Exhibition Center (Where: Exhibition Place (Take the 509 Harbourfront streetcar from Union Subway Station or the 511 Bathurst Streetcar from Bathurst Subway Station)

Pay respect to those who fought to make this country great! Don't ever think that this Toronto event to honor the deceased is only for the old and older generation.


November 18, 6:00PM to 10:00PM / November 19, 2:00PM to 10:00PM / November 20, 12:00PM to 10:00PM / November 21, 12:00PM to 6:00PM

Gourmet Food and Wine Expo at Metro Toronto Convention Center.

Eat and drink and be merry! Sample 1,500 fine wines, beers and spirits from anywhere in the world. Take a bite at the gourmet foods and fabulous dishes from Toronto's well-known restaurants. This is definitely a Toronto event to bring your friends.


November 21, 2010: Santa Claus Parade

Where: Bloor Street to Front Street (Yonge/Bloor Subway)

This Parade is already a tradition in Toronto that's a must for parents and children to see, enjoy and celebrate Christmas ahead of December 25. The parade starts at Bloor Street West and Christie Street. Keep yourself warm.


November 23, 2010: Justin Beiber Concert

Where: Air Canada, 7:00PM.

Well, Do I need an introduction about this Canadian pop singer that sweeps the hearts of million of young people out there? This is a cool Toronto events for the young at hearts! Tickets are from $36.25 - $56.26.


November 25- December 5, 2010: The One of A Kind Show

Where: Direct Energy Center, Exhibition Place ((Take the 509 Harbourfront streetcar from Union Subway Station or the 511 Bathurst Streetcar from Bathurst Subway Station)

November 26-January 2: Downsview Park's Trail of Lights

Where: Downsview (Take the 101 Parc Downsview Park bus from Downsview Station)

Enjoy your stroll with 400,000 LED lights illuminating the forest-like park. More than half of the displays are animated. There are theme parks and displays. Stroll the trail on walk through Wednesdays (no vehicles allowed). Check their website.


November 26, 27, 28, 2010: Whole Life Expo 2010

Where: Hall C, North Building, Metro Toronto Convention Center (Exit at Union Station and walk west two blocks on Front Street)

This is Canada's largest displays of alternative medicine, natural health and eco-friendly lifestyles. Listen to 60 speakers and over 200 exhibitors in one roof. And hey, there are free samples, too!


November 27, 2010: Cavalcade of Lights

Where: Nathan Phillips Square, 7:00 PM (easy access from Osgoode and Queen Subway Station)

This is one Toronto event in winter you don't wanna miss. Toronto's official Christmas Tree will be lighted and Shawn Desman, Divine Brown and Sarah Slean will be performing. Stay until the end to witness the grand spectacle of fireworks display. Skating Party will follow aft the celebration.
